WATSU is a holistic therapy conducted in warm water, combining elements of Zen Shiatsu massage techniques, including muscle stretching, joint mobilization and movements. The session is given in a heated hydrotherapy pool by a Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA) certified practitioner.
